I'm thinking about cutting my hair short, I'm really tired of having it the same way and I don't want to grow it long.

Except none of the exciting colors. I'd like too I'm just not sure I want to commit to that.

I think you could rock all of those looks. You've had short hair before and it looks good on you. Your features are balanced and symmetrical (as my friend the artist used to say) and so you don't need a particular length to balance it.
