I'm sorry, Daniel. I hope the rest of your year goes much better.

Much health~ma for Bartleby, Bonnie.
Spike ,'Same Time, Same Place'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm so, so glad Hubs is home, Fred Pete. Care and convalescence~ma to both of you.
Ongoing vibes, always, to Daniel (who does deserve a better birthday) and to Deena, and continuing to vibe for Bartleby until further notice.
I'm completely stupid with tired right now, and, due to work-related snafus (which were NOT MY FAULT, but I have to deal with the fallout anyway), I have to be here no later than 7 AM tomorrow. I'm gonna finish the morning stuff and then crawl home, slink into bed and not move again for as many hours as I can manage.
A medical question:
It turned out that my back pain was a dislocated rib, which I apparently got in an excess of sympathy for Hil. (Actually, I think it was the dog's fault. Just before this started, I was walking out to the mailbox with him on a leash when he spotted a chipmunk and made a mad dash after it. There was a sort of popping sensation at the time, but it took me a while to put it together because the pain didn't start immediately.) After the muscle spasms calmed down, my chiropractor popped it back into place. It immediately stopped hurting to breathe and was getting better. Today, however, there's more pain and a weird popping sensation, like it's popping in and out. Has anyone ever had that? Is there something I can do? It feels so strange.
Yikes, Ginger. I have no advice, but lots of sympathy.

Sorry, I have no advice either.

I've had that happen. I don't really know what to do for it, other than relax and try to find a comfortable position. Sometimes either putting on or taking off a bra helps -- it changes where there's pressure.
WTF ? it pops in and out?
no no no.
It's not terribly painful, but it's very weird.

Yeah. Like, jiggly, kind of.
Getting older = finding new ways your body can turn on you.
