Yikes, Ginger. I have no advice, but lots of sympathy.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sorry, I have no advice either.
After the muscle spasms calmed down, my chiropractor popped it back into place. It immediately stopped hurting to breathe and was getting better. Today, however, there's more pain and a weird popping sensation, like it's popping in and out. Has anyone ever had that? Is there something I can do? It feels so strange.
I've had that happen. I don't really know what to do for it, other than relax and try to find a comfortable position. Sometimes either putting on or taking off a bra helps -- it changes where there's pressure.
WTF ? it pops in and out?
no no no.
It's not terribly painful, but it's very weird.

Yeah. Like, jiggly, kind of.

Thanks for checking Amyth!
Ginger, i have 2 ribs that aren't very good at staying in place and there's usually a day or so of muscle spasms after the 'injury' and then also after the adjustment while the muscles freak about about anything moving (even when that movement is like breath-restoring magic). It may very well be back out...i'd go with lots of ice and a return to the chiro. Then, once the spasms subside, a good back/core/strengthening/stabilizing exercise regime to minimize future recurrences.
Thanks, erin and Hil. I do some back/abs exercises, but I need to put together something more focused.
send out the ma and love to all
