I get that she might be irritated if smonster has to go through her room to the kitchen, BUT that wasn't in her text. she told smonster not to fucking linger - which has me humming the Cranberries. I seriously doubt smonster is strolling through her room, lounging on her bed on her way to the kitchen, so she really is being wildly unreasonable.

About five? Honestly I saw on the NY Times. Talked to my mom around six but she was in the middle of the desert driving to a meeting so she didn't even know if her area was affected.
I am shocked at how little of a story it was too. The East Coast lost power eight years ago and it was top story... This happened and I couldn't find news most places. Which might be perception on my part but it was weird. Especially since it wasn't a particularly balmy day from what I saw.
