I went to the rhumetologist today. She was wonderful and thorough, and she is leaning more toward fibromyalgia than arthritis. More tests next.
Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
sj, fibromyalgia is one of my gifts with purchase*. If you want any info, just let me know! I'm on a good med for it.
*A phrase Topic!Cindy once used about me and I liked it so now it is mine.
I must go back to the doctor soon about my joint pain. I'm always complaining about it and rarely do anything for it except take ibuprofen.
Seska, I have fibromyalgia as well, but currently have no doctor. Could I get more info from you?
Seska, info would be welcome.
Congratulations, Kate!
Congrats, Kate!

I totally haven't, but now I totally will. No one had suggested that to me before. That said, now that I'm thinking about it, I don't actually eat much wheat. I'm definitely not a bread eater. Will be easier to cut out that way though.
Jars, I'm sorry to hear about G's grandfather being moved to hospice. May there be as much peace as possible during this difficult time.
Congratulations, Kate!
