Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Crap. Anyone know any OTC/folk remedies for nausea?

Often sucking on candy helps, but not this time.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Ginger ale?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Peppermint tea. Cold air in your eyes. Cold rag on the back of your neck.

Because there was never any such thing as the Inquisition or witch trials @@.

Well the argument becomes that if members of religion X did something evil then they weren't really members of religion X.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Ginger, peppermint, and lemon are all good for nausea.

Also those wristband things can help (or just pressing down on the same pressure point.)

Cola syrup is the one I always heard (and they sell it for such at drug stores, or at least they used to).

Ginger ale was always good.

Alka seltzer sometimes helps me (if it doesn't cause an immediate rejection by my stomach).

For ginger ale, the fancy gourmet brands are better - most of the commercial stuff has no actual ginger. (Boylan's or GuS are both good if you can find them.)

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Nauzene tablets are pretty good for me. Cold rag is good as well.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What is the difference between dress slacks and slacks for women? I figure this might be an easily lost nuance in the dress code, but I at least want to know what I might be flouting.
