Steph, I am going to start being better about oatmeal, and do the crock pot full of steel-cut oats every week. I'd really like to avoid being put on medication for this, if possible. If that means oatmeal every day, so be it.
At least my HDL levels were good...

OMG, Jesse, that counter-Tea-Party Actual Tea Party protest is just about the best thing ever. If a similar opportunity ever comes up in the Bay Area I'm gonna be all over it like a thing that's all over another completely awesome thing.

My ideal would be for the press to come up to interview people about their opinions on tax policies and health care, and have responses such as, "Oh, dear, isn't that a rather personal question?"
