Hopefully I will get reliable home internet again today -- had to cancel the repair visit because I got a call to come in and work a Census job. Waiting to get called as to whether they need me tonight for the extra-special overnight homeless encampment count.
Which, unfortunately given the weather, should be pretty miserable and the count sparser than usual.
Weather is nasty out there.
It's also incosistent as hell. The two minute walk from my car to the train soaked me completely, but it was barely raining during the ten minute walk from the train to the office. I was hoping that meant it was dying out, but I think it's more that we were in the eye of the weather.
I have a new work computer. Everything seems weird.
And even though I have the same monitor, everything looks different.
German Firm Wins Right to Make Beer Called 'Fucking Hell'
The EU's trademarks authority has permitted a German firm to brew beer and produce clothing under the name "Fucking Hell". It may be an expletive in English, but in German it could refer to a light ale -- Hell -- from the Austrian town of Fucking.

I got to work on time/early and have been super-productive this morning, but I needed to be to make up for being so late yesterday. And will need to keep being super-productive the whole week, really. But hey, it's only a four-day week!
