Lorne: Snakes? Uh-huh. And they came out of your what? Okay. Okay, well, did they get up there themselves or is this part of a, you know, a thing? No, I'm not judging...Do we fight snakes? Angel: Only if they're giant. Or demons. Or giant demons. Are they giant demon snakes? Lorne: Well, unless this guy's 30 feet tall, I'm thinking they're of the garden variety.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

If the movie is set in Berlin during WWII, why is everyone speaking with an aristocratic British accent? (I'm watching The Boy In The Stripped Pajamas).

ION- After midnight, I got a bit of worker-bee in me, and moved some stuff around, unpacked one BIG box, one medium box, and 3 book boxes. Found some more hangars (whew, glad I was too lazy to go to Target today). Still haven't found my stash of blank media or cleaning bucket. But the office/guest room is looking a bit more room-ish, and less storage warehouse. Progress, right?

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Sean's home, yay!

And I'm leaving. Uh, once we pack. And change the sheets for the petsitter. And wash up the breakfast dishes.

But then! Vacation!

The Boy has a cold, poor noodle. That's no way to start a vacation.

Welcome home, Sean!

Seska, that is very cool. I like the shirts.

I have to pack and I am so not motivated. It's our annual foray to Door County for the 4th of July, and while I usually enjoy it, for some reason this year I'm just not really in the mood.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Urg. After three days of working frantic overtime to make up for three days of vacation, today all I want to do is watch tv and fall asleep on the couch. But alas, a family outing is planned, which will involve one of my most despised things in the world: walking around outside on a hot sunny summer day. Having to go is bad enough, having to pretend to be having fun is worse. How many drugs do I need to get through this? Maybe I'll wear a big hat with an icepack on my head.

Our wings are not tired

Welcome home Sean. I will see you in a couple of weeks when I finally get home.

The status is NOT quo.

Welcome home, Sean! I too am home. A series of unfortunate events led to me not getting home until 2:45 this morning, but I've had a little sleep and am about to go pick up PUPPY, so I'm fairly cheerful. The cats have been glued to me all night. I hope they're still speaking to me by tonight.

I'm sure the cats will be saying something tonight. Give Kaylee lots of scritches from me.
