I fell down and got confused. Willow fixed me. She's gay.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Huh. Electric keyboard from 1990 seems to be a hot item on Freecycle. It sounds really obviously electronic, and the keys aren't pressure-sensitive, so you get the same volume no matter how hard you press the keys. Also, lost the power cord years ago, so it only runs on batteries. And three people have emailed me in the past ten minutes to say they want it. I think I'm giving it to the guy who says that he's a neon artist and needs a sound source for his new project, because that sounds kind of cool.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Hey, that reminds me. Has anyone here ever been turned down from joining freecycle?

Our wings are not tired.

Daisy, yes, by folks who said San Bruno wasn't close enough to Pacifica. WTF?

oh god, the voice lesson next door will make me go postal. I think she is worse than me. And there is a reason I mix and not sing. Shoot.Me.Now. Horses are allowed to suffer less than this.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Jilli, does Pete want to give lessons to TCG on how to deal with a sick, cranky woman?

We're doing take out for dinner tonight, pizza and buffalo mac and cheese and a bottle of red wine.

OK. This place is sorta kinda a little bit neater.

Maybe I'll Freecycle my grocery bag cart. Possibly my immersion blender, too -- I almost never use it, because the blades aren't sharp enough to blend any of the stuff I want to blend, and cleaning it is a pain.

Heh. I'll tell him he needs to do so.

Brewing a pot of tea and rummaging in a cupboard to find some magazines should NOT make me this tired, dammit.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Frankie just told me he needs to go to the dog park. I just wish he'd found a way to communicate other than chewing up a sandal!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I have a mini food processor on my Target registry, and I reeeaaallly hope one of my girlfriend's gets it for me.

I am having an after-the-fact bachelorette thing that is a weekend at my friend's lovely house in the Ozarks, all girls. I did a Target registry, instead of lingerie, cause I've got tons of that. It's at the end of June, and I am really looking forward to spending the weekend drinking coffee on her wraparound deck in the country, watching hummingbirds, noshing and drinking and splashing in the spring-fed river, giggling and drinking, relaxing and drinking...

And prezzies? And my best girlfriends? Too much fun.
