It's not like she blew me off. She just left with another guy, that's all.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Anne, so sorry. Fuck Cancer! Can you take the time off and do the cruise with him?

Seska, congrats on Auntieness!

ION, I am at a car hop on Route 66 getting lunch! Woot for themed road trip! I'll find a place to stay before Amarillo, then hit Punch Bug Ranch and Cadilac Ranch first thing in the morning. First 66 picture in my Facebook.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Anne, that is terrible. My heart goes out to you and your family.

bonny, I didn't. I'm not even sure he ate any bone. I will be stocking up for next time, though.

Hey, I've got some things I need to get done. Anybody want to do a mutual motivation thing over email or gchat?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm so sorry, Anne. That's what got my grandfather - he ended up with a little more time than expected, for what that's worth.

smonster, I could totally be up for that. I'm done for today (because I have to get ready to go out for a paid playdate), but I've got a list for tomorrow.

vw, that could work. what time would you want to get started tomorrow? I have a brunch at 10:30 but the stuff I need to do will take a good chunk of time, so we could start before or after.

(and if anyone wants to do it now, that works, too. lots of stuff.)

Either works for me. I hope to be up and off to the laundromat around 7. I've got total spring cleaning laundry to do. I've got the crackberry, so I can be reached anywhere.

(eta: I can totally do it now too, though it would be more for you. I'm off to babysit, but I'll have the crackberry.)

Coming in late, but Fuck Cancer.

Like a motion to adjourn, Fuck Cancer is always in order.

Sail, the statistics aren't good for your cousin's fiancee, but statistics lie. If you look at the statistics, they almost all say somebody lived. My theory was it might as well be me. Stephen Jay Gould, who lived 20 years after being diagnosed with mesothelioma, Anne, says it better and mathier. [link]

Lung cancer kills more women than breast cancer, but doesn't get nearly the attention and funding it needs, in part because people have a notion that, since most lung cancer is related to smoking, it's somehow the "fault" of the person with lung cancer. One, some people with lung cancer may have it from secondary smoke and some from no known risk factors. Two, that's a pretty harsh sentence for person who may have taken up smoking when he was young and stupid and later quit.

I would love to do it now... email you at your profile addy?

As for tomorrow, I highly doubt I will be up at 7. But maybe start around 8 or so?
