definitely disturbing. Maybe a little funny. I thought differently about it when I realized it was British (less disturbed by it). I don't know that I'd look askance, but if someone sent it to me, I'd reply "dude, you're disturbed"

I figured out why I think there's an element of funny. The animation harkens back to Ren & Stimpy, which was the epitome of funny and disturbing.

Y'all, I am so filled with teh gronk, it's not even funny. Didn't sleep well, then have been babysitting Mooshu all day since he seems to have some sort of puppy tummy bug and has been ralphing everything possible. My little Bissell carpet cleaner is getting quite the workout today.
I didn't click on the link just because I don't feel like dealing with video right now, but I see it's weebl and bob which I often find funny without being able to tell why it is funny, rhough also sometimes it is just not. Senses of humor are tricky things. I think part of why when your sense of humor clicks with someone else's it feels like such an instant bond is because they are so idiosyncratic and inexplicable and, I don't know, primal.
Disturbing. Amusing in an uncomfortable way. I'd look askance at anyone who thought it was laugh-out-loud funny. Sending it to me, though; this is the kind of thing my ex-boyfriend would send me, just to share the weird. In fact, I think I"m going to email the link to him right now.
I don't know why it makes me sad that crazy old Orson Bean is a crazy right-winger, but it does.
