Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

show up to the burning with porn mags ideally showing as many pictures as possible and maybe a few blown up on posters to wave about at the burning.

Heh.

You could get a bunch of people to ask the Pastor, "Is this Satanic? OK, how about this?" and just keep on showing him more and more porn....

Gah! I have too many cross stitch patterns at home to be done--why am I looking at more?!? And more holiday ones, at that!! But they are very cool looking (Santa's sleigh and all nine reindeer, including Rudolph, but the patterns alone would run over $100 total).

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

A Baptist Church near Asheville, N.C., is hosting a "Halloween book burning" to purge the area of "Satan's" works, which include all non-King James versions of the Bible, popular books by many religious authors and even country music.

Ha. Asheville is freak central, as I was just talking about on lj. Someone should round up the drum circle to go protest. Or the firedancers, or the bellydancers, or the homeless hippie kids, or ya know - half the town.

This is wrong:

Mood Tail: A Robotic Tail For Humans (VIDEO)

Opposable thumbs are pretty nifty. Walking upright is pretty cool too.

But there's something we humans have always lacked: a tail.

The Mood Tail -- a robotic human tail appendage we can snap on and control with a remote -- is about to change all that.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Kathy, curse you! I had no love of or need for cross-stitch before, and now I'm dying for want of this. Sigh.

JZ, I already have in my stack of patterns to be done eventually Mucha's La Tosca, Gismonda, and La Trappistine, which I've completely forgotten about until you mentioned it. All Sarah Bernhardt Mucha designs!

msbelle is soooo right--I have too many things to do already! Although I will buy that Santa Claus for my mom's Xmas gift for 2010.
