Skye ran to the panel May told her about to bring down the laser fence. I have no idea why she needed to do that, since Not!SHIELD was already apparently inside said fence, so it clearly wasn't doing its job, but she wasn't just blindly running into the dark.

Not!SHIELD flew in, though. So maybe the fence was still a prob for foot traffic.

I don't think so, but between Cal's surgical skills and her healing, it makes sense. I'm starting to feel sorry for him. Yeah, mad as a bag of cats, but his goal has always been Daisy/Skye.

I need to go back and rewatch; my roommate insisted on talking at me throughout most of the episode. I cut her slack, though, as she got some not so good family news and needed to get it out of her system. Good thing I bought a season pass on Amazon.
