Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

but then she told Topher to lose his imprint in the archives.

No, she told Topher to lose Victor's Roger imprint.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I do now wonder if the doctor is a doll.

Given she never leaves the Dollhouse, I'm guessing she got messed up somewhere along the line (possibly by Alpha), and this is how they are using her.

Of course, that leads to a potential hall of mirrors effect on who's a doll, which would be verra annoying in a late season X-Files kinda way.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

No, she told Topher to lose Victor's Roger imprint.

No, Topher came out and held up the hard drive and said something about being the unabridged Lawrence Dominic. Adelle said "Lose it in the archives. I trust his body is on the way to the Attic?"

Then they talked about Echo, and she told Topher to "shelve the Lonely Hearts imprint"

I think that she doesn't leave the Dollhouse because she's scarred and can't handle the way that people react to her.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

I just checked, it's either leave it in the archive or lose it in the archive.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Either way, it's archived, right? Not gone.

Well, if it's lost in the archive, it might take some finding. The implication of lost is won't be found again.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

I heard "lose," too, which seemed counter to their reason for keeping him alive. I still think DeWitt is the inside person. There's something very fake about her persona. And choosing Boyd, who's expressed numerous problems with the operations and is overly concerned for Echo's welfare, to be Head of Security just smacks of some sort of chess game with unknown opponents.

Anyway, other than the sorta-yuck dominatrix thing (which was only partially about trust and mostly - it seemed to me - about Eliza Dushku's ass, which is a fine thing, mind you, but kinda gross with the exploitation), this was the first episode that I really liked.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

This is my favourite episode thus far. Hung together really well.
