Gunn: Well, how horrible is this thing? Lorne: I haven't read the Book of Revelations lately, but if I was searching for adjectives, I'd probably start there.

'Hell Bound'

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I have coffee, but I am not waking up.

This is not a good thing. I'm actually pretty perky now, but I've been up for 4 hours already. 2 hours ago? NSM.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I am very much enjoying my morning tea after the nasty hotel tea yesterday. Still not quite awake though.

“Not dead yet!”

I'm still feeling as if I'm Coming Down With Something. Just kind of bleah and rundown and alternating tickly throat with feeling as if something is lodged in there.

Combined with DRAHMA on a writer's loop I'm on and I have zero patience. Next person on that loop to say something unbearably stupid may find themselves at the end of a virtual tongue-lashing from me. I'm feeling very Ilyria and "I want to hurt something."

That's pretty much how I've been feeling for about 2 weeks. Let me know if you find a way to conquer it.

“Not dead yet!”

If I wind up losing my shit on the writer's loop and I feel better afterwards, I'll let you know.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Peach and apricot pit and almonds all have some cyanide compounds in them, but you'd have to eat them by the bushel to come to any harm. Cyanide comes from a close relative, the bitter almond, which is grown as an ornamental. Cyanide is one of the things that comes to my mind when people are arguing that "natural is safe."

Teppy, I've been feeling that way too. I'm pretty sure it is allergies.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

they should make 3 day weekends with a friday not a monday.

Or if they have to give you Monday off, they should give you Tuesday off as well. And the previous Friday.

Don't apple seeds, too? (I learned that fact from Trixie Belden, thankyouverymuch. I don't know what Obama means by "stay in school," when you can learn SO MUCH from reading girl detective books!)

Hmmm. Maybe I need to switch to Zyrtec again.
