And now for something completely different: pictures from the last two weeks of the epic summer o' travel. We were in the Caribbean, by far my favorite place to dive, on the Nick Family Cruise. I had a great time on the final week because Drew's assistant Mark brought his girlfriend, who's a good friend of mine. Anyway, I thought you all might enjoy them.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
P.S. I'm adding three videos to that set now (they'll probably be live in 5-10 minutes or so) that may make you laugh.
darn that means I have to look again.
looking at fun !
ION- I'm mainlining LEVERAGE season 1. Ya, I like this show. God bless streaming Netflix. Although it's not helping clean the apartment.
Is craving sugars and/or carbs some crazy side effect of working out??

Cleaning the apartment with dumbbells, I see.
The videos are up. They should be at the end of my photostream.
Okay, time for me to eat something.
Cleaning the apartment with dumbbells, I see.Ya, that's the ticket. Let's just say dusting the flat screen didn't go so well.
Noooo, today was gym day. Got a pretty good workout again. Been noticing work out days, as my muscles go ow, my stomach and taste buds crave sugars. So I figure carbs break down to sugars. So? Is it good to give in to said cravings? I'm guessing carb route better than sweets route? Or best to avoid?
Carbs are sugars. There're only 3 foods: protein, fat, and carbs. You're def. better off eating your carbs as veggies than cupcakes, but when your muscles want a quick replacement of the sugar they just burned... well, I don't really know the healthy answer to that, because I usually go for a Mountain Dew... but yeah. Maybe granola?
