Fred: So you don't worry that it's possible for someone to send out a biological or electronic trigger that effectively overrides your own sense of ideals and values and replaces them with an alternative coercive agenda that reduces you to a mindless meat puppet? Shopkeeper: Wow. People used to think that I was paranoid.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The status is NOT quo.

P.S. I'm adding three videos to that set now (they'll probably be live in 5-10 minutes or so) that may make you laugh.

The videos are up. They should be at the end of my photostream.

Okay, time for me to eat something.

Ya, that's the ticket. Let's just say dusting the flat screen didn't go so well.

Noooo, today was gym day. Got a pretty good workout again. Been noticing work out days, as my muscles go ow, my stomach and taste buds crave sugars. So I figure carbs break down to sugars. So? Is it good to give in to said cravings? I'm guessing carb route better than sweets route? Or best to avoid?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Carbs are sugars. There're only 3 foods: protein, fat, and carbs. You're def. better off eating your carbs as veggies than cupcakes, but when your muscles want a quick replacement of the sugar they just burned... well, I don't really know the healthy answer to that, because I usually go for a Mountain Dew... but yeah. Maybe granola?

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Granola would be good, but so would fruit.
