hip deep in pie

I was going to mention we're getting close to the end of the thread, but now it's not until 30K.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Thanks guys. I think there may be some whiskey later.

Thanks, Perkins. I won't ask how the injury happened!

She was trying to flee in terror from Belinda, but K-Bug wouldn't let her, so she ended up dropping her instead.

Good luck, Perkins, That's highly sucky.

What I'm watching is making me cry.

Magan is picking me up Weds to see the house again, as well as a few others. Oy.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

That sucks, Perkins.

I am so tired of looking at junior's size clothing websites. Why did I commit myself to FIVE different plaid skirts-- three of which need to be similar, but not identical.

Because books.

What I'm watching is making me cry.

I just finished editing a book about Kevin Richardson, who works with lions in South Africa. FASCINATING. A couple moments made me a little sniffly, too.

Fingers crossed on the house, sara, whichever one ends up being right. It's exciting!

yikes, Perkins. That's awful. I'm sory.

sara, excited for you. Hoping the process isn't fraught.

I made shredded pork with a green chile sauce today in the crockpot. It's YUM. Did a rub of salt, garlic, oregano, rosemary (it was a mistake), lime juice, brown sugar. Then I poured Hatch Green chiles in and let it slow cook.

NOM NOM NOM.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Pork + crockpot = love. Pork + Hatch chilies = love. All together = their luv is soooooo yummy.

Crying. Hatch green chile. You beeotch. I miss the eyeburning scent of barrel-roasting hatch green chiles in the Albertsons' lot.

These aren't fancy (or hot) green chiles. It's more like hatch green enchilada sauce. But still amazingly yum. Not to taunt too much.
