I made shredded pork with a green chile sauce today in the crockpot. It's YUM. Did a rub of salt, garlic, oregano, rosemary (it was a mistake), lime juice, brown sugar. Then I poured Hatch Green chiles in and let it slow cook.

Pork + crockpot = love. Pork + Hatch chilies = love. All together = their luv is soooooo yummy.

These aren't fancy (or hot) green chiles. It's more like hatch green enchilada sauce. But still amazingly yum. Not to taunt too much.
