Oh yeah, I also clicked on JZ's special link, AND WAS GLAD I DID.

she was convinced that her son was not autistic but was in fact an Indigo Child and had superpowers.
Oh, I remember that, but I didn't realize that was her.

She didn't invent the term, but she did jump right on the bandwagon as soon as it was available.
I found a new place to live!
Now I just have to convince my bosses to let me telecommute. And I need $10,000,000.
For sale: San Francisco church converted to home
This 1910 Gothic Revival style church in San Francisco's Mission District has been converted (tastefully, it seems!) into a 3+ bedroom home. The interior photo above is the living room. Asking price? Just under $10 million. See BB pal Koshi's Flickr set of photos inside before it was remodelled! From the listing:
Formerly the Golden Gate Lutheran Church, this stunning Gothic Revival style building is now one of the most extraordinary and largest single family homes in San Francisco. This one-of-a-kind property features an enormous living area that includes the original sanctuary with soaring, coffered and hand-painted ceilings, arched windows framing Dolores Park as well as most of the original stained glass windows, custom mahogany wood finishes, four fireplaces (2 wood-burning & 2 gas), a new chef's kitchen and a spacious dining room. The Master suite level features a marble Roman tub room, dressing room and incredible 360 degree views from the tower meditation room and deck. The home includes an expansive ground floor level that could be used as exhibition space, recording studio, gym and/or home office. There is also a garage that accommodates 4-6 cars.
There's an old church in, I think, Morris, IL that was converted into apartments several years ago. I remember my mom driving me past it once.
I once chose to not send my kid to after school at a place called Indigo Montessori, just because of the name. Even though they seemed sane. Maybe they just hid it well.
On the Fling chocolate bar -- it also sparkles. There's mica mixed into the chocolate to make it sparkle.
Also also, the reason that it has so few calories is that the inside is meringue, which is mostly air. Compare it to a regular chocolate bar by weight, rather than by volume, and the calorie counts are pretty even.
Anyone done park-sleep-fly at an airport? mr. flea thinks it is worth the cost (maybe $50 extra over parking alone) to avoid getting up at 4am and driving to the airport with me all stressed about missing the plane. I am a little worried that the hassle of 2 kids in a hotel room will be just as bad as getting up at 4am, but then, I am a morning person and mr. flea is not.
I thought Tommy's link was gonna be this house: [link]

Pfft. I want my chocolate to be dense and massive. Also not sparkly.
DENSE AND MASSIVE.
Like my ass.
