I am having issues with a higher up at work. Not someone I report to, but someone above my level. The person is not doing work that I need and it is affecting my ability to do meet deadlines.
Oh my, I feel your pain. My direct line supervisor has been flaking out on me for weeks and I'm the one feeling the brunt of it.
