I am having issues with a higher up at work. Not someone I report to, but someone above my level.
The only remedy I've ever found for that is to CC the known world.

I am having issues with a higher up at work. Not someone I report to, but someone above my level. The person is not doing work that I need and it is affecting my ability to do meet deadlines.
ugh, this happened to me at my old job. I just made sure that my direct supervisor always knew what was going on. It's super annoying.
