I'll just jump in my time machine, go back to the twelfth century, and ask the vampires to postpone their ancient prophesy for a few days while you take in dinner and a show.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Where can I find a copy of "Cool and Bored", by the Finnish group LE CORPS MINCE DE FRANÇOISE?

Here's the video - it's poppy and incredibly catchy: [link]

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Seek bands for sci-fi reality concert

If I lived in Chicago, I'd be all over that.

OK, I've added "King Tut" to bwrawk2. Also added "Spider Pig", because everyone needs a copy of "Spider Pig".

eta: More to follow....

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Ok, there's a song that I've heard, like, once. I am not sure where, so I don't know how old the song is. But, there's a lyrical motif of "my name is ______ and I _____" where the blanks are filled in differently each time. As you might guess, this is well-nigh impossible to google. Does it ring any bells for anyone?

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Debet- believe it or not, it feels familiar to me. The one I am thinking of is associated in my mind with Carole King, but I think I am mistaken because I can't find anything.

Might one of you two be thinking of Playground in my Mind?

Jon, I know you don't always keep up with Natter but wanted to make sure you didn't miss this.
