I was reading someone's review of Two Minutes where they were bitching that Sam hasn't gotten to kiss anyone this season, and even Bobby gets a liplock.
It's very unfair.
I also read on supernaturalwiki that they filmed a Sam/Lindsay sex scene for Free To Be You And Me. While I'm always sad to miss the Padasexing, I'm mostly glad for the storyline that it's not canon.
Speaking of other things I've read--I read supposition that matches yours, Matt, that Crowley is Bela (I'm not whitefonting, since it's just guessing). And guessing that he's God.
I don't think he's Bela since it seems impractical for her to have ascended to the king of the crossroads in the time she's had, and God would be a cheat. I like the idea of him being a devious demon. Works for me.

I can't see Bela as Crowley. The feeling I get from Crowley is he's been around a lonnnnng time. And I can't see them making him God, either, but who knows? I won't like it if they do, though.

The waitress in the bar where Sam was pretending to be Keith. She was very interested in him. I don't remember the time frame of the episode properly (damn, when do the S5 discs come out?) but it seems weird for them to have slept together. I'm glad they cut it, visuals aside.
