The waitress in the bar where Sam was pretending to be Keith. She was very interested in him. I don't remember the time frame of the episode properly (damn, when do the S5 discs come out?) but it seems weird for them to have slept together. I'm glad they cut it, visuals aside.

All I could think of was Lindsey McKeon, the Tessa actress, and I don't want her character kissing anybody.
Incidentally, IMDB has 6.1 first airing at September 2010, so there's a rumor to counter the Variety January one.
