The waitress in the bar where Sam was pretending to be Keith. She was very interested in him. I don't remember the time frame of the episode properly (damn, when do the S5 discs come out?) but it seems weird for them to have slept together. I'm glad they cut it, visuals aside.

I've read fic where Dean becomes a Reaper when he dies. I wonder if they get it on with each other.
I can also see her Reaping him with a kiss, but in a chaste sort of a way.
