Maybe Castiel using Sam as a vessel?
That would be my assumption.
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Maybe Castiel using Sam as a vessel?
That would be my assumption.
Yeah, -stiel is the suffix that indicates who Cas's host is. You'll see Clairestiel a fair bit, for instance. And Thingstiel is the general term for him in a non human host.
Just finished The Crimson Prince, the pirate d/c. Nice enough, but rushed at the end. And there only seems to be one pirate plot.
Okay, gonna try the wreck story now.
After 8 months, I have watched all of SPN and read something like 16,000 posts in this thread (although I did skim the quote death match from last? summer). I'm sad I have no more show to watch (for now) but I think I can move on to fic and con footage.
The idea of Cas going out like that makes me sad. I guess their bond wasn't profound enough.
Anyway, now that I'm caught up, I feel like I can participate fully in real time instead of always lagging behind or then jumping in randomly.
One of us! One of us!
I know - I feel like I have joined the masons or elks or something.
Now I'm going to see how much of previous seasons I can rewatch before Sept 23rd.
Someone doesn't like to lose at chess.
Awesome, Stephanie! Glad to have you along for the ride!
Still looking for comm suggestions, if anyone has any.
The "thingstiel" concept sounds intriguing. I'm assuming there has to be at least one fic out there with him using the Impala as a vessel, right?
Castiel in the Impala would be awesome. Castiel in Sam really bothers me though - given all of Sam's issues and Castiel's issues with Sam and Dean's issues with both of them, I just can't see that happening.
Cas using Sam as a vessel seems rife with possible squicks. If it's Dean/Samstiel, people who don't read Wincest probably won't go there, because it's simply Sam's body, *or* Sam aware and consenting while Cas and Dean do whatever, and that's like ... a weird threesome.
Squicks is it exactly. I read Wincest but not Dean/Castiel so that plus the non-con aspect plus the feeling that it can't possibly end well for any of them means I find myself grimacing just thinking about it.
I had forgotten about the quote death match last summer. I also can't think of many particularly memorable lines from this season - were there?
