This person says the writers had them emphasize the "with women" part of the sentence - because normal people wouldn't talk like that, they'd just say they were out having sex. They wouldn't have to indicate the gender of their partner, you see.
To be fair, he did say the "With women." as a second sentence after a pause. But my take was it was brotherly needling in the manner of "unlike you, who never knew the touch of one in school, Sasquatch!"
I've always taken that "with women" addition not to exclude sex with men (which it does, but that's not the point) but to exclude sex with oneself.
