"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've been having a fun time with fic so far. There's evil dom!Cas, there's rehabbed woobie!Cas, and there's finale, what finale?Cas. It's a playground of potential.

Heh. I wouldn't ask anyone to read something I'm not willing to risk traumatizing myself with. But I will warn you all to avoid veda's livejournal unless porny rapefic and made-up words that sound like they came from an NC-17 Dr. Seuss book are your cup of tea.

Now I am making up NC-17 Dr. Seuss words.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

oh dear.

I'm going to burn out my retinas and carve out some brain cells.

Heh, well, le nub, you have to admit it's an interesting juxtaposition.

You see why I was wishing the Back button was a Back in Time button that would allow me to retroactively prevent my past self from reading?

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

This is a subtexty genfic (author = dotfic) that's a missing scene from the finale. I should disclose the fact that I beta-read the thing, but I also enjoyed it. (Edit: It's Castiel pov as he uses the Purgatory smoothie).

made-up words that sound like they came from an NC-17 Dr. Seuss book

Gah. I am so, so sorry, Matt. If I could, I would send you some bourbon through the intertubes.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Speaking of the Impala--getting tossed wasn't a mortal blow, was it?

It better not be. My biggest reaction to the ep was, "Nooooooooooo, not the car!"

I've seen posts of people that are flouncing off of season Seven. They aren't even going to see how things turn out? Boggle. And they aren't just "oh well, things didn't go the way I wanted so I'm really not interested anymore." They are "I am seething with rage and this is the only thing I can threaten at the moment that won't get me thrown in jail." It's scary.

Yeah, I am less interested in the show but I'm not going to get seriously angry at it. I just am ... less interested in the show.

That said, I actually dig Cas as the new God. He's back to being something that isn't comic sidekick. Something Powerful and Other. This is "gripped you tight" Cas again for me.

I adore Misha but I never liked how Cas was the beck and call of the Winchesters and - even though it might have been the wrong call - when Cas asked for their loyalty in return they denied him. I figure if you are going to give him honorary Winchester status, you support him when he makes stupid deals with demons and tries to play above his pay grade. You know, like a Winchester.

Mostly I just really want the Impala to be okay.
