Help!
Does anyone remember the name of the woman who helped care for Dean and Sam after Mary's death? This may have been in the comics, but I seem to remember hearing a name somewhere that was canon.

Okay, in the comic book Origins, there's a Julie who was Mary's best friend and they are staying with her after the fire.

We've seen Sam summon Ruby in the past. Yes, it's more effort than a phone call, but couldn't he do it again?
