I'm waiting to see how Dean finds out. I'm guessing he catches Sam mid-gulp, because I really don't think Sam is just going to talk to him about it. Because they don't talk, and because Dean isn't really open to anything with a faint whiff of deeemonic overtones. It's not like he can expect any sort of understanding.
