"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Incidentally, what's up with writers always having one person steal food off another's plate?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

If Dean lets Cas eat off his plate, it's meaningful. I'm assuming Dean sharing is a big deal. Although he's been shown to be pretty offery about his food.

Guy who called JA a douchebag (quote "Ackles douchebaggery") replied to say that I'm twisting his words to make it look like he's talking about the actor not the character. Yeah, that was a big twist, mate. What with what you wrote, and everything. Doesn't address the character douchebaggery question I also wrote.

Ozone and rain are the most common scents Cas possesses. It's like Sam's "stupid hair" and Dean not cuddling.

"As he progressed on kissing his lover until he was breathless, he paid special attention to the little spot that smelt of apples and cinnamon."

Seriously, fandom? That's not even appealing. That's creepy.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That's creepy.

And yet, you shared it with us.

Oh, Perkins, if I ran back and shared all the creepy things with you, no one would trust me again, or ever click on my links.

And I couldn't have that.

oh god, all the times I've wanted to run in here and share the creepy trauma I've subjected myself to...

Annoying mistakes that I've been seeing too many times: "weary" where it should be "wary", "wonder" when it should be "wander" and "wandering" when it should be "wondering".

Loose instead of lose. People, do a specific spell check for "loos" before you publish your fic, and refer to some sort of loose/lose bible before you go forward.

There are a number other, and they drive me nuts, but nothing like loosing control, when you know that's not what they meant.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I read a badfic where an OFC started off with one name in the first paragraph and it was immediately changed to something else for the rest of the fic. Or there's moments where the author is unable to keep track of where the characters are in a room: "Dean stood by the window" followed immediately with "Cas joined Dean where he sat". And I see tons of contradictory statements (within the same paragraph or in consecutive paragraphs) by characters and I don't know which one was the actual intended narrative.
