So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Damn, I would LOVE to read that story!

My favorite turned-into-a-girl story is and will always be The D Word. Because it is JESUSFUCKINGCHRIST the hottest thing ever. [link]

It's a crossover with The L Word. Early L Word. Early SPN. So, so good. Crack with candy coating and bacon bits. DELICIOUS.

Because books.

Do you have to know anything about The L Word to read that, Plei?

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

Plei, I just did a quick search trying to find the story I mentioned and didn't locate it. But I'm trawling through a lot of links right now searching for a specific story, so if I happen to come across it again I'll nab it for you. (The other thing that made it memorable was the utter lack of stress between Sam and John -- it's so rare to find them on the same wavelength rather than butting heads.)

It's more awesome if you've seen the first season of The L Word, but I think you could get away without it. There are no L Word character POVs in the thing.

Oh cool. I saw some of it a long time ago, but I don't even remember names. And I don't know if it was the first season or what.

It's really hot. And has some AWESOME brotherly interaction.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't know a damned thing about the show, but I did have the right Shane visual, so that was extra hot.

I liked it. It was funny. That was still Dean, they were still brothers. It was weird and it wasn't weird.

I just started it, and man, I loved Jenny! I remember her, vaguely. Actually, I probably just love Mia Kirshner, but whatever.

Having the right Jenny visual also helps.

Oh, and Bette and Tina are Jennifer Beals and Justine from Angel.
