Wow. A church in Florida is threatening to publically "tell the sins" of a woman who's living with her boyfriend, unless she breaks up with him. She left the church and formally cancelled her membership, but they're still going to do this. [link]
Hancock choose that moment to leave the church. After announcing she was not returning to the church she figured that she was rid of the problem. Young prepared her that the church would not let it end there. He was right. The pastor continued to call even after he was informed that the couple did not want to have contact with him nor any member of his church.
Couldn't this count under some harassment or stalking laws?
wouldn't be shedding any tears here if something should... happen... to the Salt Lake Temple, myself.
I do hope you're not advocating an explosion in the middle of a city where several people I love live. Or, indeed, any explosions where anyone lives.

Oh GOD-- the church is here in Jacksonville. I am beyond embarrassed to live in this backwater burg.
When climatically appropriate, I don't mind them. With shorts in Southern California? WTF???
Aren't the originally apres-surf shoes from Australia? Or did I make that up?
Someone needs to play that church "Harper Valley PTA" stat.

My righteous indignation will be far less righteous (but no less indignant) if this turns out to be true. OH NOES!
Possibly my favorite headline on the "Happy Birthday Adolf Hitler" cake debacle. [link] (Don't read the comments. There are a few neo-Nazi trolls who frequent that blog.)
I read another article that mentioned they'd finally gotten the cake of their dreams at... Wal-Mart.
Why am I not surprised?
They'd had this same issue with the same ShopRite before. The ShopRite had also refused to make a "Happy Birthday JoyceLynn Aryan Nation" cake and to decorate a cake with swastikas. On those occasions, too, they went to Wal-Mart.
Hec, my MiL has several antique doll houses. She has let the kids play with some of the less valuable dolls and furniture for a couple years. Now that Franny is all of 5 she has decided that the girl is old enough that she can play with one of the houses too; it's from the 1870s or so.
So, um, 4 or 5?
