I haven't had them cleaned in 5 years, and the vet said they weren't too bad.
I just had Amarna's done for the first time in February 2007, and the vet tried to convince me this past summer to have it done again. I don't think so! It can't have gotten that bad in just over a year. I'll wait until it's really bad again (when I adopted her back in 2004, I was told by a different vet then that she'd have to have her teeth cleaned sooner rather than later, so I was prepared to have it done last year).
