Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I love my underwires, and will not give them up without a fight. For sports bras, may I recommend Champion's Maximum Support Line? The underwires only go up to DD, but I've owned all 3 shown & ran marathons in the Powersleek. They are awesome, and give less of a uniboob (uniboobs are bad for the large bosoms - much better to have individual support).

brillig

I spent too long with my mother trying desperately to minimize my tits, then with males of various ilk commenting on them, to care about more than holding them up and holding them still. I rather like the uniboob effect, because the girls are prominent enough without giving them a pointer effect. I just wish I could find more front closing bras, because I'm not bendy enough to want to deal with rear closing anymore.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

According to the tiny woman at Nordstroms -- all my 'meat' is on the outside. If the idea is to push everything forward -- the wires dig. I am on the scrappy side of life ( c cup ) everyone is free unless work or other formal occasion.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

And the difference between them and shelf bras is...?
So glad I'm not the only one wondering that. I still don't quite grasp the underwire concept of support. I keep thinking of wire cheese cutters and thinking, it can't be right, I must be thinking concept of underwire bra the wrong way. Clearly, I need more girlfriend time to help teach me these subtleties.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

My hands, apparently, aren't the most stable thing on earth at the moment.

It took me over 2 minutes to light up the fire in my oven. I couldn't light up the matches.

Thanks for the link, juliana - I will check those out. Jumping Jacks at karate are not comfortable at all right now. The girls need help.

Oh, I know what they are in Hebrew. I just didn't know the terms in English.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't recommend DKNY underwire sports bras highly enough. No monoboob at all and very stable.

I'll look into those too, ita.

I love the buffista~ma. Though, I realize I hadn't even asked for it, specifically, with the current bump in the escrow process. But it looks as though this problem, which I thought was going to be a dealbreaker, has been solved. I've spent the last 5 days completely stressed over this. Bleh.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I think my current sports bra is a Champion, and while it does flatten, it doesn't give me uniboob. Actually, it provides enough cleavage to store my iPod so it doesn't bounce around, which is handy. (Booby?)
