Spike? It's you. It's really you! My therapist thought I was holding on to false hope, but…I knew you'd come back. You're like…you're like Gandalf the White, resurrected from the pit of the Balrog, more beautiful than ever. Oh…he's alive Frodo. He's alive.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

If you like burgers, check this place out. [link] I've only had the veggie burger but it is popular with many of the meat eaters I know.

Omg, I am so excited! Can't stop researching, am now reading up on Devon Avenue.

Yep, that burger place looks like something our niece would love.

Devon is my neighborhood. You're looking at Indian places? There are also Cuban and Ethiopian places further East and a fantastic Jamaican place further North. [link]

You have to remember that being a 5-time Olympic medalist means Hilary Knight has been playing hockey at an elite level at least 16 years. It's impossible for her to be a teenage girl less than 16 years old, thus the President's complete lack of interest.

Here's where I pimp The Gage on Michigan Ave., which had the best burger I've ever tasted.

Trust my rage

Having lived near Chicago as a college student, I think you almost have to go to Gino's East if you haven't been there. It's iconic Chicago deep dish pizza and I remember loving it. It's the only pizza place I've ever been to where there was a line to get in.

Take a sharpie or paint pen to Gino's East. Graffiti is encouraged.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I wouldn't be able to do Friday, but I could probably do Saturday. I have no recommendations, but would happy to tag along with those in the know and ooohh and aaahhhh. And eat, of course.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I don't know if Aviary (or The Office) is possible, but an alternative would be The Violet Hour [link] .

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Any thoughts on preferred deep dish pizza?

I like Lou Malnati's. Gino's East gave me food poisoning.

I couldn't do Friday, but I could do Saturday late afternoon or evening. Would love to see y'all!
