Laura and I discovered we have a mutual meatspace friend through FB, despite meeting just once and living on opposite coasts.
Trudy and I discovered a mutual friend, too. A guy I've known since I was a baby was her coworker.
That was pretty amazing.
Kate and I also have a mutual friend, who she knew in high school and I knew in college.
