Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Ha! I've never managed to bump into buffistas like that (well, aside from our tour group at the Evanston f2f running into Sumi on the street), but I once went to eat lunch at a pizza place in Memphis, heard women in another booth talking about NAEYC, and peeked over to discover two former co-workers of mine.

Our wings are not tired.

I think Kate and Meara had the same thing happen in Seattle they ran into each other on the sidewalk.

Heh. I knew that I wasn't going to be able to see people, so I thought that I wouldn't even mention that I was going to be there. I only had the one free night, and my friend Dan had snagged it early. I thought about inviting people out for drinks after, but I knew that we weren't even going to eat dinner until 8, so it would be tough.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Kate P and I have a mutual meatspace friend. This continues to blow my mind.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I may never get over discovering that Zoe Finch and I had a person in common. That was just entirely too weird.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

I may never get over discovering that Zoe Finch and I had a person in common.

The girl who was having some kind of psychotic break and couldn't distinguish between our Darth and the character from Star Wars, and/or her father? That one? How the hell did you find out you had a person in common?
