So, there will be some Buffista only gathering that evening, probably at a restaurant in North Beach.

Shir is in the US and NY and SF in May? I thought it was June! I considered planning a trip to the PNW to intersect with Shir in Seattle because there's a thing I might yet attend on Lummi Island on June 13.

I'm out of the way in central Marin, but if anyone needs a free place to stay over May 18 weekend (or any time, really), my extra BR is free. Extra car now, too, which I'm willing to loan as long as you're proficient driving a stick shift.

Oh dear, I'm so sorry for typing the wrong dates there (can you please tell me where that post is so that I'll fix it?).

However: I am in Seattle right now, at meara's! Tomorrow evening there is a dinner planned with Plei and another friend of mine - let me know if anyone would like to join, and I plan to hang out with the non Buffista but still a cool friend tomorrow. Today is flexible and free - I only have an online class to catch up on. From Friday and in the weekend I'll be in Port Townsend.

I'll arrive to SF on the 13th. Plans are already scheduled with Hec for the 14th - if anyone wants to meet until the 18th, let me know! I'll be working two days during that week, but I'm flexible on when these two days will happen.

I will be in Seattle the week of the 13th but my calendar is rapidly filling up with work things and so I will probably have to save extra socializing for when we're all in SF that weekend.

Since people have been introducing me to good local food here I've been plotting a revenge. And by revenge I mean that if there is ever ceasefire and one or more of you will come, there are places that I need to introduce you to.
