Woo! Now that I've been home for slightly more than twelve hours, it's time to start thinking about my next trip.
Anyone up for brunch on the 11th? I could also do brunch on the 18th, because I'm not flying out until Monday morning, the 19th. Maria, I know you said you might be able to come over, which would be great! Vortex?
The only times I am definitely booked up so far are the nights of the 14th and 15th and all day Saturday the 17th (and the 10th, because that's a travel day) but I figured that brunch might work the best for the most people.
NYC-istas I will be in your city next week (Weds-Sat Oct. 7-10) for a work conference. Staying lower Manhattan. Anybody want to do the Hamilton ticket lottery with me? They're still doing that, right? Or, I sort of want to ride the wacky Battery Park fish merry-go-round.
I was kind of, sort of interested in this, but not enough to buy the book.
Do we have any Buffistas in or near St. Louis? I'm thinking of staying at the Delmar Loop on my vacation in early November.

DH did that for our anniversary, but we didn't get in :(
I did it when I was in NY, didn't win ;(. But, bumped into one of my friends from DC who had moved to Ny when we were in line, so that was a plus!
And I'm up for brunch in NYC either weekend.
Yay! If I had to pick a preference, I'd say I prefer the 11th, but if the 18th works better for anyone, that's fine with me. I'm happy to come to Brooklyn, but would need suggestions from the locals.
It's my friend A's birthday on the 10th, so I may be a wee bit hungover on the 11th. OTOH, if I can crash in New Haven, I can shave 45 minutes off of the travel time to NYC.
I'm obsessed with Streets BK on Broadway in Brooklyn. They have these amazing chicharrones that are little nuggets of porky amazingness. But, I bow to the wisdom of the locals.
Anyone else going to be at Geek Girl Con in Seattle this weekend?
