F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
Barb, please oh please attend!
smonster, insent with details, but yes, I'm totally on public trans for anywhere in the city.
Monaco gets my vote, again.
One thing - could somebody explain what the 2000 minimum means if we're billed on party, drinks and catering - I'm a little confused on that one.

thanks!
Just talked to Lewis-- he may even be able to swing coming as well! WOOT!
(Okay, I'm a major geek-- seventeen years married this July and I STILL like traveling with him.)
That doesn't make you a geek.
It makes you lucky.
Yes, because we'll probably meet the $2000 anyway
In past years we've just set this as what we are spending and had things like food and an open bar. In Madison last year we burned through drinks until we blew out the bar tab, we did a similar thing in New Orleans. If we know that's how much we need to raise, then that's what we do.
Who's going to be the point person for collecting money for Prom/Hospitality Suite/Munchies?
::cries and cries and cries::
I will not be there this year, as I will theoretically have a 1 month old. My DH is also crying, as he would have liked to have made a real vacation out of it and visited friends, the spot where we got married, and attended Potlatch [link]
I just may be coming to F2F. I'd most likely bring sprog
The entire Holt family will likely attend as well. The boys will be delighted to have young folk to entertain them. Yes, I will have to bring a game system of some type.
Sparky, you will be excused, but missed. Although I thought the travel restrictions were for pregnant people. I think a F2F vacation would be a perfect way to recover from childbirth.
