::cries and cries and cries::
I will not be there this year, as I will theoretically have a 1 month old. My DH is also crying, as he would have liked to have made a real vacation out of it and visited friends, the spot where we got married, and attended Potlatch [link]
I just may be coming to F2F. I'd most likely bring sprog
The entire Holt family will likely attend as well. The boys will be delighted to have young folk to entertain them. Yes, I will have to bring a game system of some type.
Sparky, you will be excused, but missed. Although I thought the travel restrictions were for pregnant people. I think a F2F vacation would be a perfect way to recover from childbirth.

Mine will be thrilled if you do. They'll have their DSi systems with them.
Okay, Matilda and I are booked.
::is thrilled and terrified::
I'd like to buy my plane tix today but I have yet to hear back from my roommate. omnis, I know you're busy today but if you have a spare moment- Is Thursday-Sunday OK? (leaving Sunday night) or would you rather do Friday-Monday?
One thing - could somebody explain what the 2000 minimum means if we're billed on party, drinks and catering - I'm a little confused on that one.
It means that in order to get the prom room for "free" we are required to spend that much in food and drink. At this point, are we planning to order a certain amount in food, and then have a cash bar and assume we will spend the remaining amount at the bar? Is that the plan?
What we did in Madison and in New Orleans is order the minimum (in this case $2000) in food and open bar.
We might want to decide the method when we have a better idea of head-count.
P.S. Happy Birthday, ND.
