I almost never have coffee at home anymore. Extra sleep is just too tempting. The free office coffee is also really spoiling - if/when I change jobs I really hope they have similar machines.
ION - I am taking a half day today and really need to get moving so SOMETHING is done, a wasted day is not good..
I have a wee drip coffee maker at home that I love because it has a clock on it and the coffee can be ready when I get up in the morning to go out with the dog. At 6 a.m. I'm not thinking so much about quality as about just getting enough caffeine in my system to function.
The website says that the puppies turned 3 weeks old on the 28th.

I wish I had ink in the printer. And rugs from the Beduin market. And paetince. And the 3rd season of Dr. Who on the VOD.
Oh, and have you guys seen the wormweird tarot?
V. apropo to Halloween, I think.
Thanks, Sparky.
I guess you've got to give the Big Giant Hand time to sleep.
I got an Aeropress last spring, and while I haven't worked out exactly how to get my Perfect Cup yet, I like it. I really only make coffee at home a couple of times a month. I also have a 4-cup brewer I've had for at least a decade. I'll probably give it away next time I'm purging junk from the house.
I do most of my coffee-drinking at work. And it's not very good, but I'm not drinking it for the taste. But I'm trying to cut down and drink more water.
I know this is rough on the economy [link] but I have to good. As a nation we consume too much. We need to shift our economy and I really hope that we can make that shift without things getting too dire in the next couple of years.
