I just don't understand why having talks with another country is a concession.
I mean, Reagan (who I hear some conservatives like) talked to the Soviet Union. Nixon talked to China. And for some reason we can't talk to Iran?

You know I've heard various accounts of the F2F crisis meeting at the White House yesterday that described that 'shouting' was going on at it, without any identification of who was doing the yelling... aside from mention that McCain was largely silent during it. So who was yelling?
