It's called a blaster, Will, a word that tends to discourage experimentation. Now, if it were called the Orgasmater, I'd be the first to try your basic button press approach.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Furthermore, one non-rank-and-file Republican, Senator John McCain, is apparently playing spoiler. Earlier this week, while refusing to say whether he supported the Paulson plan, he claimed not to have had a chance to read it; the plan is all of three pages long. Then he inserted himself into the delicate negotiations over the Congressional plan, insisting on a White House meeting at which he reportedly said little — but during which consensus collapsed.

Excuse me, I'm going to go breathe into a paper bag now. OMG.

I keep wondering if our current elections look like Crazy Land to everyone, or if there's actually some constiuency who thinks this is normal.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I am finding myself trying more and more to gird myself for this depression.

This is why I'm working three jobs. I'm trying to get my savings account bigger than its current $250. This year's Christmas shopping season is going to really be horrendous at the bookstore as well as everywhere else, I think.
