I think it's losing its appeal for me. Don't really know why.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Skipped Pushing Daisies. It's hockey season. Heretical, I know.
I'll watch Pushing Daisies sometime after tomorrow, after I buy it from the iTunes store.
Kat, insent.
aurelia, I'm still looking for Lord of the Flies, A Handmaid's Tale, and 1984.
Kat, I put the word out to the upper school students at my school, most of whom have bought and read all three of these books, and they have already started bringing me their old copies. I'll let you know next week how many total I end up with, but I think you may end up with enough (so long as you don't mind margin notes).
It's morning again here.
Sorta evil. Wanna sleep.
I worked at the bookstore tonight, and the manager there had the best story. His BIL happens to be a Secret Service agent who was on Barack Obama's detail when he first got one assigned to him, and has since been promoted and is in charge of Michelle's detail now. (He says that they are both the coolest people he's ever worked with and he's utterly charmed by both of them.)
Well, my manager's 3-year-old daughter H is fascinated by the Obamas and loves to shout/sing "Brock O-bah-mah!!" all day long. Yesterday, she spent a good portion of the afternoon drawing this rather elaborate picture of what she said was a dragon. When Jim (manager) went to put it on the refrigerator, she told him, "No, it's for Brock Obama! I wanna give it to Brock Obama!" So, he called his BIL and asked if Jim could mail it to him so he could pass it on to Obama, and after some confusion over why she wanted to give him a picture, BIL agreed. I hope that Obama sends back a photo of him holding the dragon picture!
Who's evil, Shir, the morning or you?
Mornings are always evil, and best dealt with through judicious applications of sleeping under the covers and coffee. If it's you who's evil, well then, the best thing to do is to apply to the Evil League of Evil.
I think morning wins the evilness contest.
I think morning wins the evilness contest.
Let me ask you one question: did you go to bed when you should have? Or did shiny, intriguing things keep you up late?
I'm not yet certain morning is to blame.
