Wesley: Hey. Hey, Gunn. Is something weird going on? … Charles, you just peed on my shoes. Gunn: I'll be damned. That's weird.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Cutiehead Grace and Noah!

Also? The Obamas? Hot!! Like I think I now have a (bigger?) ginormous mancrush on Barack, and have always thought Michelle was a babe.

This point came up on my flist today. (The poster had a long paragraph about policies, intellect, blah blah blah all the reasons she supports him, and then a picture and the line, paraphrased, "And it doesn't hurt that he's smokin' hot."

Which, of course, I totally agree with. They're a seriously good-looking couple.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Man, it's gotta be tough for a network exec going from a possible Dodgers/Red Sox World Series (which has never happened in their long histories, plus added Manny, Nomah, Lowe drama) to a probable Phillies/Rays Series.

Not to say the Phillies (a) don't deserve it (they do!) and (b) that I'm not excited for them.

I am digging Grace's hair accessories, but she's gonna have to learn to fend off her brother's affectionate face pokes. There's probably a krav maneuver she could use.

Noah and Grace (and that handplant, Grace, retaliate!) are awesome. Noah's giggle kills me.

Oh! I missed Grace in my Phillies happy. She is also a slayer of me.

Our wings are not tired.

Ah, Grace and Noah are much more fun and charming than politics.

Yay Phillies! DH#1 was a huge fan. He may have been helping them from the other side. He would have sold his soul for the opportunity.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Noah and Grace are adorable!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

A REFORMER?

Hey, the Founding Fathers were reformers when they rebelled against England and split the Colonies off to form a new democratic nation. Palin definitely tried to follow in their footsteps when supporting the formation of Alaskastan or whatever.

THE PHILLIES WIN THE PENNANT! THE PHILLIES WIN THE PENNANT! THE PHILLIES WIN THE PENNANT!

Please tell me Pat Burrell didn't streak around the diamond in celebration. Or, if he did, that it'll be rebroadcast later...

Not that I noticed. More's the pity.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Sorry, Matt -- if he did, the cameras weren't looking in the right direction. And baseball looks so very nice in HD....
