Last night, I was watching a doc on Chicago in the 19th century, and a local political expert repeated the old joke about the woman in Indiana who was a lifelong Democrat and who wanted to be buried in Chicago. When asked why so far away from her family, she replied, "Because I want to remain active in the party!"

For crap like not saying the Pledge, there's plenty of video out there of Obama actually saying the Pledge, and if that doesn't stop that one, they aren't actually looking for disproof...

I saw a "Democrat for McCain" bumper sticker ona car today. Took everything I had not to throw my muffin at it.
